Jen Scharien, CPA
I used to feel like I was living pay cheque to pay cheque, paying off credit card debt with a line of credit and stressed that I wasn't saving enough. I know firsthand how financial stress affects every part of your life, including your work.
Once I became a CPA, I realized we have a huge gap in how people are supported with their personal finances. The traditional finance industry wasn't built to help everyday individuals feel confident with their money.
That's why I created Finlotus: to bring personalized financial wellness directly to employees through their workplace. When employers invest in financial wellness, they see the return in happier, healthier, more productive teams.
